Lacrosse
Santa Cruz County Sports provides various lacrosse programs designed for elementary school children, middle school/junior high students and high school students. In addition, pickup games for adults are offered.
For the 2011 season:
Senior U-15 - Must have a 1996 birth year or younger
Junior U-13 - Must have a 1998 birth year or younger
Lightning U-11 - Must have a 2000 birth year or younger
Bantam U-9 - Must have a 2002 birth year or younger
The following information will help you decide which program is right for you and/or your child. Please note that all participants are required to pay an annual $25.00 membership fee in addition to camp or league fees (payment of the annual membership fee is made through U.S. Lacrosse at http://www.uslacrosse.org/TopNav/Membership/USLacrosseMembership.aspx ).
Each player is required to Purchase a new uniform the first season and anytime he or she out grows it. Awards, Pictures, Coaches Gifts and Party is an additional $40 at the end of the Season.
Elementary Lacrosse League
- Elementary School Age Boys & Girls
- Under 9 (Bantam) & Under 11 (Lightning)
- League Fee: $349
- Helmet, arm gaurds, gloves, stick & shoulder pads required. Packages start at $219 for a complete set-up w/ stick. No Uniforms needed for the U-9’s just Pennies, The U-11’s will need to purchase a Uniform the First Season
- 2 practices per week on Mon. and Wed. or Tues. and Thurs. in SLV, Soquel, Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley and games on Saturdays
- Season starts Jan. 2011. Registration ends 9-30-10
Middle School / Junior High Lacrosse League
- Under 13 (Juniors) Under 15 (Seniors)
- Practices will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tues and Thurs after school in SLV, Soquel, Santa Cruz and Scotts Valleyl
- Games will be held on Saturdays, 6 Home & 6 Away
- League Fee: $349
- Helmet, arm guards, gloves, stick & shoulder pads required. Packages start at $219 for helmet, gloves, arm gaurds and shoulder pads. Sticks are sold separately. Uniform needs to be purchased the first year only
- Season starts Jan. 2011. Registration ends 9-30-10
Adult Lacrosse
- Pick-up games every Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Aptos High School
- Fee is FREE

Summer Lacrosse Camp
- All Boys & Girls Ages 6-14
- Mon- Fri. 9-12
- Session 1- June 14-18, Session 2- June 21-25, Session 3 -June 28-July 2
- Players will learn all the Fundamentals of Competitive Lacrosse
- League Fee: Before Mar 1st $175 After Mar 1st $200
- Helmet, arm gaurds, gloves, stick & shoulder pads required, Rental Equipment Available!

Week of Summer Fun 2010
- Week of Summer Fun 2010
- 12-6 pm M-F including 5 days of Fun in the Sun, 2 Days of Boating Trips to Anderson Reservior, 1 Day Raging Waters, 1 Day Malibu Fun Center and 1 Day at the Beach and Boardwalk
- Week of June 21-25, 2010
- Fee: $299 and includes admission to all the Field Trips and a Sack Lunch is Required each Day
