Registration

To register one or more children or adults for an upcoming session, please fill out the following form and click on the Print & Pay By Check button. Mail the printed form, along with a check for the registration fees payable to Children’s Outreach Inc., to:

or, if you prefer, you can pay via credit card using our PayPal account (if you don’t already have a PayPal account, you will need to sign up for such an account - don’t worry, it’s a simple process). To send your registration information directly to us via email and pay via credit card, just click on the Email & Pay By Credit Card button. You will then be taken to a page from which you can add appropriate fees to our PayPal shopping cart. Rain Dates:  NO rain dates are scheduled for sessions that must be cancelled because of rain.  There will be NO make-up sessions and NO refunds given for sessions cancelled because of rain.
